This Terms of Use explains how STUDENT EYE 3 LIMITED ("Student Eye", "we", "our", "us") operates the Student Eye mobile application and related services.

By downloading or using the Student Eye app, you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Student Eye offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)
• Pricing: £2.99 per month or £12.99 per year
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android)

Refunds

• Refunds are processed by Apple (for App Store purchases) or Google (for Google Play purchases)
• Student Eye does not issue refunds directly
• Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Misuse offers or attempt to gain unauthorised benefits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Harass, abuse, or act offensively towards staff, partners, or other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Student Eye provides access to third-party offers and content. We are not responsible for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or unavailability of offers
• Losses or damages arising from third-party businesses or services
• Changes to or withdrawal of offers by partner businesses
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Student Eye disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content, features, and functionality of the Student Eye app (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of Student Eye or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
