Data Retention and Deletion

Important: Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account or data. Your account and subscription will remain active, and we will continue to send you service updates and marketing communications (if you opted in).

To delete your account and personal data:

  • Delete your account within the app using the account settings, OR
  • Contact us at sam@studenteye.co.uk to request account deletion

Once you request account deletion:

  • Your account will be deleted within 3 working days
  • All personal data will be erased or anonymised
  • You will stop receiving all communications from us
  • Some data may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records)

We retain active account data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
